堀ちえみ、通院＆カフェはしごを報告『しあわせ度数の数値を上げましょう』
タレントの堀ちえみが26日、自身のブログを更新。大学病院の通院、カフェスイーツ、カフェ夕食など1日の出来事をシェアした。
前日の投稿では、ローカル番組の密着取材を受けたことをシェアしていた堀。この日は、「昨日までの疲れが残る中、早朝起きでした。昨夜はあれからいろいろと、前向きな復習をしてから休みました。今朝は身体のあちこちが、筋肉痛でございます笑 プラス寝不足。」とお疲れの様子で、「今日は午後から、大事な予定がありますので、家事を済ませてから出掛けます。外に出るのは久しぶりです」と同日予定を明かした。
午後の更新では、「大学病院でリハビリがありました。」と通院を報告した堀。「とにかく調子が良くて、言語聴覚士の先生からも、その調子で頑張りましょう！と仰っていただきました。嬉しかったです。」と順調な様子で、「さぁ！しあわせ度数の数値を、上げましょう ナナズグリーンティーで。黒胡麻クリームあんみつ。」と行きつけカフェに寄ってスイーツを食べたことを明かした。
さらに、別のカフェへ移動し「夕飯を食べて帰りました。」と夕食も外で済ませたことを報告。「チキンと3種のきのこのクリームソイソースパスタ。野菜サラダをプラスで。野菜サラダからお腹に入れますよ」と注文メニューをアップし、「パスタは熱々で出していただけると、最高に美味しいですねソイソースなので、とてもあっさりしています。やさしいパスタ。」と、食レポした。
この日の投稿に、ブログ読者からは「外食、デリバリーはどれも優しい味とか言ってるw」「お腹に入れるって言い方…」「熱々パスタじわるw 冷めたパスタは出て来ないでしょ。」「お得意のやさしいパスタ。何でもその一言で終わる便利な言葉ですね 笑」などのコメントが寄せられた。
