大島奈保美、歯のホワイトニングを報告『夏が来る前に真っ白な歯が欲しくて！』
ブロガーの大島奈保美が19日、自身のブログを更新。夫の三回忌法要、歯のホワイトニングなどについて綴った。
前日の投稿では、「息子たちが買ってきてくれたお花の前で」と、夫の三回忌法要を家族のみで執り行ったことを報告していた大島。
19日の更新では、法要を振り返りつつ「勇気のない私は今回も納骨の決断に至れませんでした」と明かし、「こうして一つ一つではありますが 私が肩に背負っている責任というものを降ろしながら この先も私なりのテンポで歩いていきたいと思います。」と胸中を綴った。
続けて、同日予定について「今日は、夕方に歯医者さんでホワイトニングの予約を入れています。本格的な夏が来る前に真っ白な歯が欲しくて！（笑）」と夏に向けた歯のメンテナンスを報告。「少し前の数日間 体調不良が続いていましたので 三回忌、大丈夫かな？ホワイトニングも無理かな？と不安でしたが 予定通りにスケジュールをこなせることに ほっとしています」と安堵した。
無事、ホワイトニングを終えると「おかげさまで全くしみることなくホワイトニングを終えることができました。感謝です」と白い歯をのぞかせたニッコリ自撮りショットを公開。「ほっとしたらコーヒーが飲みたくなりますが 24時間我慢我慢！これだけが辛いです」と歯の着色原因になってしまう飲食物を避けた。
