秋野暢子、がん公表理由を明かす『自分なりに健康第一で生活をしていた訳です…』
食道がんで闘病中の女優の秋野暢子が21日、自身のブログを更新。病を公表した理由を明かした。
秋野は、がん告知の前まで「私の健康法や日常を取り上げていただく事も多くありました。ブログやSNSでも日常を発信してきました。」と美、食、運動、ダイエットなど健康的な生活スタイルを、様々なメディアに向け発信してきたことを報告。
大好きだったお酒も「コロナ禍になってからだけど……もっと早くやめれば良かったかな⁈」とコロナを機に数年前に卒業したことや、「タバコも吸わない 毎年11月には人間ドックも受けてます。《この時はガンは見つからなかった》まぁー。自分なりに健康第一で生活をしていた訳です。」と、健康には気遣っていたことを明かした。
そんな中のがん告知。「誰よりも私が、ビックリ！ビックリ！どんなに健康に気をつけていても病はやって来るノダ。正直、私が…まさかと。」と大きなショックを受けたといい、周りには「とにかく治療に専念して下さい…と。SNSなども一旦全て中止で…と。」とアドバイスを受けるも、「健康を発信してきたけど、病気になったら発信しない…それは違うかな 病を隠して治療することは今までの私の生き方には合わないなぁ〜と。」と、公表に至った経緯を説明した。
