堀ちえみ、特発性重症急性膵炎を振り返る『危機一髪の難を逃れて生き延びた』
タレントの堀ちえみが25日、自身のブログを更新。特発性重症急性膵炎を振り返った。
この日、日課である朝家事を報告しつつ「真夏のこの時期になると、毎年思い出すことがあります。」と切り出した堀。「特発性重症急性膵炎になり、かなり危険な状態で緊急入院し、危機一髪の難を逃れて生き延びた夏。」と34歳の時に経験した苦い経験を思い出し、「夜中に大きく膨らむ内臓をさすり、激痛にたえながら救急病院に、自力で駆け込んだ」と振り返った。
病院に運ばれると、「最初は何が原因か判らず、開腹手術をするための準備中の、念のための検査の時に、原因が膵臓だということが判明しました。」といい、『この3日が山で乗り越えた場合には 長い入院が必要で治療を行いますので お仕事の調整の方もお願いします』と家族や事務所に連絡が入ったことを告白。「私はなんとなく察していて、当時いくつか入っていた、掛け捨ての生命保険が、まだまだ高額で残っていたので、万が一のことがあれば、それで子どもたちの学費などに、充ててやって欲しいと…酸素吸入をしていたため、筆談でお願いしたことも、遠のく記憶の中しっかりと覚えています。」と対応したことを明かした。
その後、体調が回復すると、「私は『生かされた』と、あの時に思いました。」とし、「乗り越えられたことへの感謝の気持ちを、二十年近く経った今でも、胸に抱きしめる。私にとっての夏は、そんな季節なのです。」と改めて感謝した。
